This is the first step towards the animation-inspector UI v3 (bug 1153271).
The new UI is still hidden behind a pref, and this change doesn't implement
everything that is in the current v2 UI.
This introduces a new Timeline graph to represent all currently animated nodes
below the currently selected node.
v2 used to show them as independent player widgets. With this patch, we now show
them as synchronized time blocks on a common time scale.
Each animation has a preview of the animated node in the left sidebar, and a time
block on the right, the width of which represents its duration. The animation name
is also displayed.
There's also a time graduations header and background that gives the user information
about how long do the animations last.
This change does *not* provide a way to know what's the currentTime nor a way to
set it yet.
This also makes the existing animationinspector tests that still make sense with
the new timeline-based UI run with the new UI pref on.

This patch moves the "fullscreen" event from the original place to the
second part, which indicates two other changes:
1. When the event is triggered, the value of fullScreen would have been
toggled to the new value, which is different from before. The changes in
browser/../browser-fullScreen.js and mobile/../browser.js are for this.
2. This event is no longer preventDefault-able, since it is triggered
after the fullscreen change. This leads to the removal of the test and
the only place which calls preventDefault on that event. That place is
a workaround for bug 1079222. To address that problem, this patch fixes
the intrinsic issue via stoping handling the fullscreen change once it
finds we failed to change the state of the widget.

Previously the getStyleSheets method was only waiting for the topmost frame to
load before listing the style sheets. If a frame wasn't loaded in time, it
caused some sheets to be missing causing the test to timeout.
These changes make the actor to wait for a frame to be loaded in _addStyleSheets
before doing the actual adding. This allows the code of _addAllStyleSheets to be
moved directly to getStyleSheets as it no longer needs to wait for the load to
happen.
Make back-button background match the color of its ancestor toolbar, where
possible, so that overdrawing the start of the url bar makes aligning the clip
with the arc of the back button border unnecessary.
This enables subpixel antialiasing and more efficient drawing in the url bar.
back-button border outside is aligned with the visible toolbarbutton-icon to
avoid any awkward lines should the color of the toolbar be modified in any
way.

The only user of the l10s inspector strings bundle is a string that this
change removes.
The "Siblings" string is supposed to tell users that the section of the
menu that follows contains sibling nodes, but it's disabled (and looks like
an item you should normally be able to click on), and it's separated from
the list of siblings by a horizontal separator (making it look like even
less related to the next section).
Also fixed the fact that the inspector context menu was regenerated for
every sibling found on the current node.

right clicking on the documentElement breadcrumb node.
