3988677a6b Bug 1088527 - Modify BluetoothOppManager.IsConnected to indicate whether profile is connected or not. r=btian 
BluetoothOppManager.IsConnected() couldn't represent the connection status
of Opp profile since it only return true if there is an ongoing
file-transfer session.

This function was used to named |IsTransferring()| in Bug 827267, however,
it was renamed to |IsConnected()| when Bug 842948 landed.

33c76d5795 Bug 1105308: Merge BluetoothUtils.{cpp,h}, r=btian 
This patch merges BluetoothUtils.{cpp,h} from BlueZ and Bluedroid
backends. The resulting files of the same name are located in the
generic code's directory.

This change requires a rebuild of dependency information, so the
patch touches CLOBBER as well.

b5110e88a0 Bug 1002391 - Get the latest SDP records of the target device, r=shuang 
Use BlueZ API 'CreateDevice' to update the SDP records of those
unknown devices. On the other hand, still use 'DiscoverServices'
to update SDP records of paired devices.

a2d35c1933 Bug 1003472 - If OPP manager can't get valid service channel, refresh SDP records until timeout is hit. r=shuang 
If user tries to send a file to a device which just completes the pairing
process, the OPP manager may update SDP records when it's not ready.

It's especially likely to occur in BT file transfer with inline pairing
since OPP manager would request for a service channel to send the file when
device is just paired.
