8a84e958bf Bug 1233549. Disallow ES3 compressed texture formats. r=jgilbert 
This fixes assertion failures on platforms that don't have
these formats. This is a temporary fix until we iron out
this issue in the spec. It's easier to add this later than
it is to take it away.

6d19d48472 Bug 1231883 - Implement HeapSnapshot.describeNode; r=mrbkap 
This commit implements the HeapSnapshot.describeNode method which allows chrome
JS code to request a description of a given node as specified by our existing
"breakdown" language. This description can be used to generate a human-readable
label for the node.

5354b4cb60 Bug 1228673 - Clean-up 'Then' before ~MediaTimer. r=jya 
Destroying an unlapsed timer will trigger an assertion in its 'Then' request.
So in case the Fuzzing Wrapper is flushed or errors when there are pending
delayed frames, the 'Then' request attached to the MediaTimer is now
disconnected before being let go.
This also needs to be done when shutting down.

LibAV 0.8 produces rubbish floating point data. We had restricted LibAV 0.8 to produce 16 bits audio instead, unfortunately some ubuntu version appears to have bumped the minor version.

989aaf55fc Bug 1232670: Prepare Bluetooth PDU for sending after checking connection status, r=shuang 
The PDU contains a pointer to the operation's result handler. If sending
fails, the result handler is supposed to handle an error. But the PDU
will go out of scope first and release the handler. The error delivery
then fails with a segmentation fault.

Previously we were just using the internalFormat directly from the caller.
This broken when trying to do RGBA8 -> L8 copies because L8 is not supported
in Core Profile OpenGL

966cf53003 Bug 1232527 - Call into WMF PDM to determine if WMF can decode instead of using GMPVideoDecoderTrialCreator. r=jwwang 
Resurrect WMFDecoderModule::HasAAC() and HasH264(), and use those in
MediaKeySystemAccess.cpp to figure out whether we gmp-clearkey can decode,
rather than assuming Vista and later is always able to decode, as that's not
a valid assumption; Vista may not have the required Platfor Update installed,
or we may be on Windows N or KN without the Media Feature Pack.

SelectionStateChangedEvent is dispatched only by SelectionCarets. Hence
the removal. The modification in mochitest browserElement_CopyPaste.js
is effectively the reverting of [1] with AccessibleCaret enabled.

The DoCommandHelper is shell.js is removed as well, which handles the
'do-command' event dispatched from old text_selection_dialog.js in Gaia.

097bf2b9b7 Bug 1221459 - Remove TouchCaret and SelectionCarets prefs in test files. r=mtseng, r=roc 
For test_bug648573.html and test_bug644768.html, we no longer need to
create an iframe to turn off the preferences. I move the content of
iframe.src back to the test files.

All the files modified are straightforward deletion except TouchManager
and ZoomConstraintsClient. I add some includes and wrap TouchManager by
mozilla namespace to fix build errors due to the removal of TouchCaret.
