ff44c3c9e3 Bug 534425. Part 6: Let nsIWidgets expose a LayerManager to be used to render into the widget, instead of nsPaintEvent::renderingContext which is removed since it's no longer needed. Currently all widgets fall back to a default BasicLayerManager implementation. 35bd533654 Bug 461199 (Part 15) - Rely on nsIContent::IntrinsicState instead of nsIContent::GetLinkState in layout. 
Layout should call IntrinsicState instead of GetLinkState.  Simplifies a lot of
logic, and makes the code easier to follow.
