7c92933074 Bug 1216681 - Add a windows version of fileid to extract a guid from windows binaries. r=jimm,ted 
This patch introduces a small utility program to extract a guid from a shared library
or executable on windows to identify the correct symbol file to read in fix_stack_using_bpsyms.py.
In order for this to work correctly on windows, the library name provided by
MozDescribeCodeAddress needs to be a full path, so the LoadedImageName field
from the IMAGEHLP_MODULE64 structure is used here instead of the ModuleName
field.

f06f469d80 Bug 1247866: Avoid modifying hashtable during iteration, when iterating over redirects for saved files, to avoid tripping fatal assertion. r=njn 
Modifying a structure while iterating over it is generally dangerous (so we have assertions to catch it), though in this case it was probably fine, because we stopped iterating as soon as we made the modification.

ba79c9643e Bug 1247979. Optimize ScaleToOutsidePixels. r=kats 
This does a union of all the rectangles at once, instead of one-by-one. It
also cuts down a lot on allocation churn.

It would be possible to avoid an additional allocation/copy if we change
the interface of this function to mutate the existing region instead of
returning a new one.

43cf2abd48 Bug 1246443. Don't make nsLayoutUtils::MaybeCreateDisplayPort also set the displayport base anymore. r=botond 
It's not obvious that it does this (unless you read the comment or the code), and we don't gain much by doing it.

Also we need to split it up for the next patch in this bug.

d4c4df334e Bug 1240629. Don't buffer image file data that we are never going to look at in the gap between the header and the pixel data for BMP files. r=njn 
The length of the gap is computed from the BMP file header, so in a malformed BMP we could needlessly make our input file buffer huge for no reason.

2a78d19d3c Bug 1246115 - Make gSafeBrowsing set the phishing menu item correctly. r=Gijs 
Unfortunately, when onLocationChange is fired for an attack site for
the about:blocked error page that we display, content.document has not
been updated with the loaded error document, so
content.document.documentURI will appear to be the previous page that
had been loaded. In this patch, we update the parent's cache of
documentURI in onStateChange as well, since this seems to be fired
after the error page has been loaded.

b1d8c6f915 Bug 1247082 - Suppress rendering of nsBackdropFrame for VR content r=dholbert 
- The VR specific render path in ContainerLayerComposite does not
  handle nsBackdropFrame correctly, resulting in a alternate frame
  strobing effect in the Oculus Headset.  As VR content is composed
  of a Canvas element that is scaled to the extents of the surface,
  the backdrop would otherwise not have an effect for VR content,
  which means we can simply suppress the backdrop.

mAppendRunning is set prior the append task being queued; so it is possible that the segment parser loop hasn't yet been started, yet mAppendRunning is true.

Separate this diagnostic with a new flag ON A CLOSED TREE.
