b5e57820bf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. (Exceptions: assigning to static initializers, use in static assertions, as template parameters, etc. These will go away when the relevant compilers have C++11 constexpr support.) r=cjones

1f1a970697 Bug 459613. When we tear down a textcontrol frame, tell its editor that we're blowing away the frame tree so it doesn't try to clear the spellcheck selection, which not only wastes time but does GetPrimaryFrame for during frame destruction which is a no-no. r+sr=mats 2008-12-12 21:34:43 +13:00

    - Added aIsSynchronous arg to the ScrollSelectionIntoView()
      method of nsISelectionController and nsIFrameSelection.
      Updated all callers to pass new arg.

    - Modified selection to post a plevent to call which does the
      call to ScrollIntoView() in the async ScrollIntoView() case.

    - Edits in text widgets now use asynchronous reflow, paint,
      and scroll processing full time.

    - Removed redundant ScrollSelectionIntoView() calls in the
      editor event listeners.

    - Editor IME code now forced to flush reflows and paints before
      getting caret coordinates.
