42abcaaba1 Make #includes be relative to the path of the current file. This requires platform-specific knowledge, and so will most likely break builds that are on platforms other than linux, cygwin, MacOS, and MSWin32. 2e912835a0 OS/2's stat() doesn't like paths that have a trailing / so remove it. 
Use nsinstall from $PATH rather than dist/bin
