|mach mozbuild-migrate --list XPIDLSRCS SDK_XPIDLSRCS XPIDL_SOURCES| and
reverting xpcom/sample/*.

7b6f9c7add Bug 818246 - Part 1: Remove unncessary definitions of XPIDL_MODULE; r=glandium 
XPIDL_MODULE defaults to MODULE. These Makefile.in were setting
XPIDL_MODULE to the same value as MODULE.

8e48a3e072 Bug 462077 - Lazily create Extensions object (FUEL) 
This lazily creates the Extensions object off of Application so we do not take
the hit of initializing the object during startup if we do not need it.
