2e3da0d24d Bug 1241370 - Don't strdup() the message name in InterruptFrame. r=billm. 
It's not necessary, because all message names are string literals.

1ed3dc529a Bug 1233061 - add override declarations for MessagePumpForNonMainUIThreads; r=billm 
This change silences a small number of warnings when compiling with
clang-cl.  In passing, it also deletes some carriage return characters
that have crept in.

9c83bc8f96 Bug 1198458: Rollup of changes previously applied to media/webrtc/trunk/webrtc and fixes to those rs=jesup r=froyd,jib,bwc,jesup,gcp,sotaro,pkerr,pehrsons 
Landing as one rolled-up patch to avoid breaking regression tests, and in
keeping with previous WebRTC imports.  Broken out parts that needed review
are on the bug.
