090dab6438 Bug 1319904 - Ignore origin attributes in webchannel origin check. r=markh 
Including the attributes in the origin check causes webchannels to fail in
e.g. private browsing windows and container tabs.  We only want to compare

Similar to the previous patch, "wheel" event should use |.scrollByPixels()| instead of |.scrollByPages()| because |.scrollByPages()| doesn't support high resolution delta value.

This patch makes the "wheel" event handler of <scrollbox> use |.scrollByPixels()| at handling "wheel" events whose deltaMode is DOM_DELTA_PAGE and multiplies the delta value and |.scrollClientSize|.

Currently, ths "wheel" event handler of <scrollbox> uses |.scrollByIndex()|.  However, it scrolls too fast when "wheel" event has high resolution delta value when its deltaMode is DOM_DELTA_LINE.

For respecting the delta value, it should use |.scrollByPixels()|.  Therefore, this patch implements new readonly property, |.lineScrollAmount|, which returns font size of the |.scrollbox| and makes "wheel" event handler multiplies the delta value and |.lineScrollAmount|.

410b1ffbc6 bug 1316329 - follow symlinks for srcdir path in symbol dumping on windows. r=gps 
If the srcdir is in a path containing a symlink on Windows, when
`FixFilenameCase` calls `GetFinalPathNameByHandleW` to normalize the case of
a source file it will get a path to the file with the symlink resolved.
This breaks our "is this file in the source repository" check.

This patch makes the code call `FixFilenameCase` for any srcdir arguments
that are passed to the script, so any symlinks will be resolved there
and the prefix matching will work.

7e1a8cf56c Bug 1315138 - gtestify storage/test/*.cpp. r=mak,erahm. 
This change is mostly straightforward, except for the following.

- It removes all the printing from the do_check_* macros because gtest macros
  do appropriate printing.

- test_StatementCache.cpp needs some special gtest magic for the type
  parameterization.

- It merges the four tests in test_unlock_notify.cpp because they rely on being
  executed in order, and so aren't independent.

- storage_test_harness_tail.h is no longer necessary because gtest provides the
  test looping functionality.

- It uses #include and the preprocessor to remove the duplication between
  test_deadlock_detector.cpp and xpcom/tests/DeadlockDetector.cpp.

- It makes the test in test_service_init_background_thread.cpp a death test to
  force it to be the first storage gtest, because it fails otherwise.

- It adds code to undo the SQLite mutex hooking as necessary, so that tests
  don't interfere with each other.

- It de-virtualizes Spinner's destructor (as identified in bug 1318282).

6adcf5b456 Bug 1317970 - Use manifestparser manifests for python unit tests, r=chmanchester 
This deprecates PYTHON_UNIT_TESTS and replaces it with PYTHON_UNITTEST_MANIFESTS.
In the build system, this means python unittests will be treated the same as all
other test suites that use manifestparser. New manifests called 'python.ini' have
been created for all test directories containing python unittests.

4742db4baa Bug 1317841 - Update version of kinto.js to v6.0.0, r=MattN 
This major version of kinto.js released without a FirefoxStorage
adapter. Since Gecko is the only project with a need for this adapter
as well as the only one who can use it, that file moves to this repo
as a new kinto-storage-adapter.js. This file is mostly a copy of the
most recent FirefoxStorage.js, plus some other non-exported utility
functions copied from kinto.js to make it work.

This changes the export of the kinto-offline-client.js from a
`loadKinto` function which returns the Kinto class, to the actual
Kinto class itself, with the user expected to "hook up" the
adapter. It turns out that this doesn't change much in how we actually
use Kinto, since we were always previously explicitly selecting the
Kinto adapter.

This release of kinto.js also changes some of the build options
around, which changes the minified output of kinto-offline-client.js.

There are still some outstanding stylistic complaints about
FirefoxAdapter having to do with its _init static method which is
public and the fact that sometimes FirefoxAdapter manages its own
Sqlite connection and sometimes it doesn't. These will be addressed in
a future patch.

Before, --enable-dmd implied --enable-jemalloc. If --enable-stylo was
also set, it tried to imply --enable-jemalloc=moz. Configure barfed
due to setting the value twice.

The commit refactors the logic for implying the --enable-jemalloc value

4458fe9cad bug 1280683, keep a pristine copy of en-US installer for repacks, r=glandium 
Let's use a pristine unpackaged directory of the en-US package, and just
rsync that to l10n-stage. That way, all repacks start off with a copy
of en-US without modifications of the previous repack.

Removing clobber-zip, that hasn't been used in ages, on the way.

Moving the creation of the branding dir to the INNER_UNMAKE_PACKAGE,
which is the command that needs it, to simplify rulesets.

This patch moves most of `BookmarksStore::deletePending` and

`PlacesSyncUtils.bookmarks.remove` and `touch`, respectively. Both
methods use the same approach as `PlacesSyncUtils.bookmarks.dedupe` to
amend the `_modified` changeset with new change records.

We use the new `SYNC_REPARENT_REMOVED_FOLDER_CHILDREN` change source to
bump the change counters for the reparented items and their new
parents, without bumping the score and triggering extra syncs.

This patch moves the logic from `BookmarksEngine::_switchItemToDupe`
into `PlacesSyncUtils.bookmarks.dedupe`, and updates it to work with
the new tracker. `dedupe` returns an object containing new change
records, which the bookmarks engine merges into the initial changeset
from `PlacesSyncUtils.bookmarks.pullChanges`.

This patch also removes `changeItemID` and
`PlacesSyncUtils.bookmarks.changeGuid`, since `dedupe` subsumes them.

5e31259a64 Bug 1318604: Don't add task for OOP preference initialization. r=mixedpuppy 
Adding mochitest tasks from head scripts turns out to cause unpredictable
timing issues, where the initial add_task() call sometimes causes tests to
begin running before the main test script has loaded, and had a chance to add
its tasks. While I'd still prefer to do this initialization in a task, it's
not worth the intermittent failures it causes.
