Benjamin Smedberg	be1e4c0ce6	Bug 523224 - nsFrameLoader::TryNewProcess crashes if reflow hasn't happened yet and created a view for our remote tab. Fix this by separating the process of creating the IFrameEmbedding and hooking up the view.
