This fixes many crashes caused by illegal uses of the nsStdURL.
This also allows a plugable protocol to provide their own url parser.

354fcc0505 Fix for bug 75836. 
Adds an optional log window to the ftp directory viewer.

49b70a312f UIEvent button property is incorrect according to the DOM2 spec. Changing values to 0, 1, 2 (left, middle, right mouse buttons respectively) from 1, 2, 3. |event.which| continues to use the old values for backwards compatibility.
