089e248bcf %%BoundingBox takes integer arguments 
%%HiResBoundingBox takes floating point arguments, but is a DSC extension.
Output both so postscript readers that accept the extension can use it, and those that don't have valid output.

54646c2f74 xptcall stack alignment fix for x86 Mac OS X. Symptom is usually a crash due to an invalid (truncated SSE3) instruction on the stack with xptcall stuff earlier on.
