We used to need nsContentUtils.h here for nsCxPusher, but since that got
moved to ScriptSettings.h, we no longer need nsContentUtils.h for
anything.

73e5032ef9 Bug 1218454 - part 1 - move DialogValueHolder::Get out-of-line; r=bz 
No reason for one ::Get to be out-of-line and the other not.  This
change means that nsGlobalWindow.h doesn't depend on nsContentUtils.

9f4da372d6 Bug 1220752 - Fix and enable browser_bug1058164.js for e10s now that bug 918634 has landed. r=mrbkap 
This also makes the test more precise since it now checks the order of
the pagehide and pageshow events.
