529b22c8b3 Hooking up xpinstall to the viewer. This will cause a new instance of the 
xpinstall to be created when the viewer launches.  This will be removed
(along with the startup of silentdl) once we have a way of starting up
components less intrusive.

nsViewer.cpp - Added CreateInstance and related code to start component
makefile.win - Added new include path

b9b63f6e2c it turns out that viewer needs all the frames of the animated gif to work. 
also, I fixed the clobber target in makefile.win to remove all 30 frames

4ee4831aea changed the makefiles to only export anim.gif and anims00.gif, as that's 
all the current xul requires.

mac is still copying the entire directory, so they're on their own.
