50e062dcce Bug 695324. Fix precedence problem found with clang warning. r=mounir 
'*' has higher precedence than '?' so bracket the expression
so we get what we want.

b5e57820bf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. (Exceptions: assigning to static initializers, use in static assertions, as template parameters, etc. These will go away when the relevant compilers have C++11 constexpr support.) r=cjones

The idea is to fire the visibilitychange event synchronously during pageshow and pagehide, since we're
already running script there for the pageshow/pagehide events.  For docshell active state changes, we
fire the event asynchronously.  In all cases, the actual state changes just before the event fires.

1c9abe2f8d Bug 659350 part 5. The guts of the change to move from storing inline event handlers on the JSObject to storing them in the event listener manager directly, so we can easily set/read them via IDL. 
The changes here are as follows:
1) nsIJSEventListener now stores the handler.  This is guaranteed to be already bound properly, if needed, before being set in the nsIJSEventListener.
2) The old classinfo glue to deal with on* properties is gone.
3) IDL-based methods for on* properties have been added.

As specified in http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/urls.html#cors-settings-attribute

"The empty string is also a valid keyword, and maps to the Anonymous state. The attribute's invalid value default is the Anonymous state. The missing value default, used when the attribute is omitted, is the No CORS state."
