09a262787c Bug 649012 - Fail mochitest-plains which use flaky timeouts (setTimeout(x) for x > 0); r=ted 
We are white-listing the existing set of tests that use setTimeout
like this.  Hopefully these tests will be investigated and fixed
in the future, so that we can narrow down the white-list.

This check is only turned on for mochitest-plain for now.

e5a303a93b Bug 1066044 - Make Mochitest pass on Mulet r=jmaher,ochameau 
To get Mochitest green with Mulet, we need to disable a couple more of
tests. We also need to disable the crash on non local connections, as it
is being done for runtestsb2g.

Also taking the opportunity to rework the nsIURIFixupInfo interface to use more sensible booleans, and the relevant test to specify outcomes directly, instead of trying to use the same logic as the implementation to infer them from the input.
