032ddb90c8 Make the three CSS_PROP_INCLUDE_NOT_CSS properties much more like normal CSS properties, and (importantly) give them property IDs in the longhand range. 4cfbce614f Add support for calc() to ComputeWidthDependentValue and ComputeHeightDependentValue.
