5e4fc9f261 Bug 1493483 - Use nsIBrowserSearchService::defaultEngine instead of currentEngine (in production code) r=Standard8 
nsIBrowserSearchService::currentEngine and nsIBrowserSearchService::defaultEngine are the same thing.
The use of defaultEngine makes more sense and thus we are phasing out the use of currentEngine and replace it with defaultEngine.

53f96aa226 Bug 1486182: Part 2a - Add Services.catMan getter for the category manager. r=mossop 
This makes it much easier to update existing consumers of
XPCOMUtils.enumerateCategoryEntries to use the category manager directly.

It also, unfortunately, requires updating existing category manager consumers
to use the Services getter in order to avoid ESLint errors.

There was some unused code in this file which was wasting memory.

This patch also avoids some more policies from being sent to the content process as they are not really needed there

ba935a61cb Bug 1470324 - Use sharedData instead of initialProcessData in the enterprise policies code. r=kmag 
This significantly simplifies the content-side implementation of the enterprise policies code since it doesn't have to listen for updates on the disallowed features list (with that, it also doesn't need to load early in order to set up those listeners)

Before this change, we accessed the browser URL in the following ways:

- "chrome://browser/content/browser.xul"
- "chrome://browser/content/" (which redirects to chrome://browser/content/browser.xul)
- Services.prefs.getCharPref("browser.chromeURL") which returns "chrome://browser/content/"
- getBrowserURL() from utilityOverlay.js
