b4301cc0a7 Change the way nsDocument stores its children by replacing separate nsVoidArrays for prolog and epilog with a single nsISupportsArray that also holds the root element. Using this change, simplify many of the child handling methods in nsDocument (and fix some bugs in them). 6282f3a4dd If folders have META:title attribute, then use it as the name of the folder. NetPositive feature matching.

79ff2227f2 Make sure that we initialize the netPostive variables used in association with imported bookmarks. Marking importing bookmarks work on BeOS.
