0a143da53b Put more information on the CSS properties in nsCSSPropList.h. 
Use the property list in the tables for nsRuleNode::CheckSpecifiedProperties.
To reduce heap usage, redesign the storage of properties and values in nsCSSDeclaration to allocate all property-value pairs in a declaration block in a single allocation, and use temporary structures (like the old permanent structures) during parsing and modification.  Replace per-property switch statements in nsCSSDeclaration with table-based code to reduce code size.

690a8cef27 Fixing bug 201132. Always use the JSPrincipals from the target object when compiling event handlers, never use the principals of the global object in which the event handler is compiled. 2ce89db51a Fix bug 201560: reimplement the DOM window controller using shared controller code, and a singleton nsIControllerCommandTable. b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed.
