4cedcd531b Final patch for bug 195350. Make XUL use new nsAttrAndChildren class. Kill nsXULAttributeValue and nsXULAttributes in favour of nsAttrValue resp. nsDOMAttributeMap. Should fix a few bugs, improve performance and reduce bloat.

e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size.
