979949ce62 Mark unaccelerated antialiasing reftest failures with APZ as fuzzy. (bug 1157716, r=mstange) 
With APZ, we always layerize the first scrollable element of the page,
if the page itself is not scrollable. These additional layers can cause
fuzzy reftest failures in two ways: differences in blending, and by
disabling sub-pixel test anti-aliasing. The latter is only a problem
with unaccelerated drawing, because we don't support component alpha
layers with BasicLayers. (We also don't support them with
BasicCompositor, but "Reftest unaccelerated" only tests BasicLayers).

3eadb9d076 Bug 831354, test fix 2: Make font inflation tests for selects less sensitive to font metrics by using matching font sizes on the block containing the select. r=jwir3 
Note that select-combobox-3 doesn't need this fix since it uses
vertical-align: top.

7c127e67c6 Make scroll frames (i.e., overflow != visible) no longer be font size inflation flow roots. This fixes phoronix.com/reddit.com/others at the expense of youtube.com. This reverts b64bfa138619890a01826bde8974cc974b45a6f5 (bug 760098) which in turn reverted 9620f50be9fa8be44931decf1e57ce25f51da812 (Bug 747720, patch 7) which in turn reverted part of 9499f6b28addcbcd9c480eb80cfe6c4c63a4a3a1 (Bug 706193, patch 2). 4ae65b30d1 Fix two pieces of cached information that were preventing font size inflation from applying correctly during intrinsic width calculation when intrinsic width calculation had already been done without font size inflation. (Bug 748434) r=roc 
The first of these pieces of information is the intrinsic widths cached
on a block.

The second of them is the font inflation cached on a text frame (which
might be set to 1.0 at this point if a text frame has previously had
intrinsic width calculation done on it, but hasn't been reflowed).

This means that font size inflation will be consistent into a container
with overflow!=visible, which fixes inflation bugs on phoronix.com (bug
747720) and reddit.com (bug 748446, but currently covered up by bug
756518).

Font inflation flow roots are similar to block formatting contexts,
though I'm trying to make not all block formatting contexts be flow
roots in later patches on this bug, bug 707195, and related bugs.

This will lead to more consistent font size inflation in a flow of text
where the blocks vary in width (e.g., because some of the blocks have
horizontal margins) but we determine the text to comprise a single flow.

f290254013 Add a preference for the threshold at which we have enough text within a BFC to use font size inflation. (Bug 706193, patch 1) r=roc 
The basic principle behind this preference is that we don't want to use
font size inflation when all the text that we would have inflated would
fit within a line or two.  We're better off preserving the layout than
inflating a small amount of text.  However, we don't want the inflation
decision to vary between adjacent paragraphs, so this decision needs to
be made once for each block formatting context.

Once the later patches for this bug cause this preference to be honored,
this will be a change in behavior.  The old behavior can be obtained by
setting the preference to 0.
