24a3925c09 Adding small default offset of 10,10 so that X window managers don't place the window exactly at 0,0, pushing the window manager chrome off-screen. This is a temporary workaround, we should do a better job of telling the WM what to do. 1999-09-05 21:22:43 +00:00
