21dccaeace Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. 96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). 2faa2566a0 Move things that aren't author stylesheets out of nsDocument's mStyleSheets array to simplify stylesheet management code.
