6d892904c0 thunderbird only change. The command line handler spits back "1" as an argument if there are no arguments following command. Handle 
that case accordingly, and don't try to use "1" as the actual window argument.

d931210577 Ugly thunderbird hack. Has no effect on seamonkey builds. 
When launching the app via Launch Task (which is the case when starting up for the first time), check to see if the cmd line service
has any arguments (such as mailto urls). If so pass these arguments into OpenWindow instead of using the handler's default arguments.

This fixes the problem where clicking on a mailto url in a browser when thunderbird was NOT already running, caused a blank
compose window where the mailto url was ignored.

- combine nsICharsetConverterManager2 and nsICharsetConverterManager
- get rid of nsIAtom in most of the methods
- provide versions of getUnicodeDecoder/Encoder which don't do alias resolution

b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. 0d2808c511 Create a new xpcom obsolete library (and component library). 
Moved nsFileSpec and related classes into this obsolete library.
  Moved nsRegistry and related libreg functionality into the obsolete library.

Updated many callers using the obsolete nsFile spec to use nsIFile and Necko to do file IO.

Combined the following DLLs (source -> dest)
  uriloader -> docshell
  shistory -> docshell
  jsurl -> jsdom
  gkview -> gklayout

Moved nsAdapterEnumerator out of xpcom/ds and into mailnews, since they're the only consumer

Modifed the xpt_link tool so that you can specify a �only include� cid list that can mask CID�s that you are not interested in.

Added build options:
Prevent the building of xpinstall (--disable-xpinstall)
Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService

11659c8e1c Bug 141295 and 153681 - fix some timing problems with initial focus. Make sure that window watcher's activeWindow accurately reflects the last window to receive an NS_ACTIVATE. Remove the GetFocusController API from nsIDocument, since the focus controller can now be obtained for the entire lifetime of the document by using GetContainer(). d2229cbf68 - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

c50ca402ad 1. Converts callers of nsIComponentManagerObsolete to use 
nsIComponentRegistrar.

2. Converts callers of nsComponentManager::AutoRegister to use
nsIComponentRegistrar's autoRegistrar method.

3. Add nsIComponentRegistrar implmentation to nsComponentManagerImpl.

4. Rearrange nsComponentManager.cpp so that related methods are in the same
place.

5. Added a C-style function NS_GetComponentRegistrar so that getting the
registrar is easier in some places.

6. Added a nsISimpleEnumerator interface on PLDHashTableEnumeratorImpl.  in
this way, the same base class can support both old style and new style
enumerations.

7. Fixed a nasty bug where unregistring factories will leave the contract id
hash with a dangling pointer.  Now, when unregister is called we search the
contract id hash for entries which have the given doomned cid and remove them.

c) fixes callers which use to access the nsIComponentManager for component
registration functionality.  These callers will temporary use the
nsIComponentManagerObsolete interface.

d) Create a new API NS_GetComponentManager() which mirrors the
NS_GetServiceManager()

e) Perserves the old NS_GetGlobalComponentManager().  Note the cast usage.

8a2a775382 Since '-framework Carbon' causes binaries to require console access to run, do not link using that flag by default. Otherwise, remote builds & non-console tinderboxes will break. Mac OSX Mach-O only.
