d3b657984e Bug 1398897 - Move breakpad include munging to moz.build r=glandium 
Unfortunately this also needs to be kept in Makefile.in to handle
other consumers of INCLUDES while we transition them.

055a903128 Bug 1360291 - Detect NDK version number; r=nalexander 
Detect the NDK major/minor version numbers, and feed that to Breakpad.
For AArch64, some Breakpad headers try to workaround NDK oddities by
checking the ANDROID_NDK_MAJOR_VERSION and ANDROID_NDK_MINOR_VERSION
macros.

7b64f6d545 Bug 1319071 - Make crash minidumps use the same format for filenames on Linux as on other platforms; r=ted 
This patch forks the breakpad files used for GUID generation and replaces them
with copies living together with the rest of the forked sources. Since other
files in the breakpad sources rely on the original files being present they
haven't been removed but we deliberately define their inclusion definitions in
the build system to prevent them from contributing to the build. This ensures
that we always use our own version of the GUID generator while not touching
the non-forked sources.

08da42ee56 bug 1336548 - fork breakpad src/client into toolkit/crashreporter/breakpad-client. r=gsvelto 
The client portion of Breakpad is unmaintained upstream for Windows and OS X,
since Chromium has switched to Crashpad there. The Linux client still gets
fixes, but they're essentially all for ChromeOS support so they're not very
useful to us. This patch forks what is currently in
toolkit/crashreporter/google-breakpad/src/client into
toolkit/crashreporter/breakpad-client so we can make changes in mozilla-central
as needed without upstreaming them to a dead upstream.

This patch also changes the update-breakpad script to remove the src/client
directory when updating to a newer Breakpad revision.

A followup patch will remove unused files from the forked copy.

73ec0ca7ec bug 1283916 - Fix DWARF handling of inlined functions in namespaces. r=mento 
Currently an inlined function in a namespace in DWARF will
be given a name comprised of just `namespace::`. This is due
to a logic error in ComputeQualifiedName, where it doesn't
handle an empty `unqualified_name` properly.

This patch unifies the include search directories for the breakpad
on B2G and Android, and protects breakpad-internal workarounds against
multiple definition.

As a side-effect of the patch set, no more Gonk-specific headers from
'gonk-include' are requried to build toolkit/ or xpcom/. The related
artifacts are removed by this patch.

bebd89cd61 bug 1272278 - Don't let PDBSourceLineWriter::GetSymbolFunctionName return empty function names. r=mento 
It's possible for `IDiaSymbol::get_name` to return S_OK and provide
and empty string. I haven't figured out the exact root cause yet
(the symbols in question are coming from the Rust standard library),
but FUNC lines with missing function names break the processor and
so we should never do it. This change makes it output "<name omitted>"
which matches the behavior of the DWARF dumping code.

This commit contains a few things:
* Update our copy of google-breakpad to upstream c53ed143108948eb7e2d7ee77dc8c0d92050ce7c
* Get rid of all but one local patch, fold a few related local patches into one
* Misc build fixup to sync with upstream--adding a few new moz.build files,
  source files
* The final bits of unhooking Breakpad from the profiler:
** Revert to only building toolkit/crashreporter if MOZ_CRASHREPORTER.
** Stop building bits of Breakpad that we only needed for the profiler.
** Remove a few bits of profiler code that were used to interface with Breakpad.
** Remove toolkit/crashreporter/breakpad-logging, which was only used to

* Upstream removed their Android-compat sys/ucontext.h because the Android NDK

9ec0d0969f Bug 1245055 - Remove toolkit/crashreporter/google-breakpad/src/client/linux/handler/Makefile.in. r=mshal 
The remains in this file come from bug 633436. I'm not sure what the
toolchain was back then (5 years ago), but it doesn't appear what it
was trying to work around happens nowadays, so just get rid of the
workaround.

83de823d6b Bug 1175857 - Build dump_syms with compiler optimizations; r=glandium 
dump_syms has been measured to be ~50% faster when compiled with
optimizations. Since symbol generation takes a lot of time on the
builders, this difference matters.

Compile dump_syms with optimizations to make symbol dumping faster
and hopefully making build jobs faster as well.

f44287005f Bug 1198334 (part 1) - Replace the opt-in FAIL_ON_WARNINGS with the opt-out ALLOW_COMPILER_WARNINGS. r=glandium. 
The patch removes 455 occurrences of FAIL_ON_WARNINGS from moz.build files, and
adds 78 instances of ALLOW_COMPILER_WARNINGS. About half of those 78 are in
code we control and which should be removable with a little effort.
