For top-level navigations, we need to compute the client ID when we decide to
intercept the document load, and we need to make sure the document that will
be created later will end up using that same ID.

3993af028e Bug 1229202 (part 1) - Remove some unused arguments in nsPrintEngine's functions. r=mattwoodrow. 
The first four arguments of GetPageRangeForSelection() are not used usefully,
nor are the first two arguments of FindSelectionBounds() and
FindSelectionBoundsWithList(). (Mutual recursion between the latter two
obscured this fact.)

fcdd745657 Bug 1223808 - part 1 - optimize creating a WebSocketFrame with a payload; r=mcmanus 
This function:

- Allocates a block of memory;
- Copies things into that block of memory;
- Allocates another block of memory inside nsAutoCString;
- Copies into our string from the block of memory we just allocated.

Clearly we can avoid a memory allocation and some copying by just
allocating the amount of data we need in the string first, and copying
things into the string.
