408258131d I think this is the right fix for the wensleydale bustage. Added |operator*()| to |nsXPIDL[C]String|. Fixed |const|-ness of existing operators and made inline. 519a5d9df0 Backing out the OS/2 landing changes here. This completely horked the build on windows tonight. You couldn't even bring 
up the profile dialog. Why? because XP_WIN was not defined! so none of the intl components were getting registered.

8b30dc934f BeOS specific tweaks to allow the browser to compile. 
Fixed configure.in to properly set developer specific debug flag under BeOS.
Added UNIX_CRASH_ON_ASSERT ifdef to stop BeOS from bring up debugger on non-abort assertions.
