24a1e4a8e1 Bug 1050340 - Fix up cloning test. r=gabor 
This test currently assume that cloning a COW will fail. Once we always go over
security wrappers, this isn't true anymore, because COWs silently deny
disallowed property gets. So it makes sense to rewrite the test so that we can
see what actually makes it through the structured clones. Promises galore.

We also take out the buggy Blob/FileList stuff and replace it with ImageData,
which does a bonafide clone in NS_DOMWriteStructuredClone instead of the weird
pointer swapping we do in nsGlobalWindow.cpp (baku is in the process of cleaning
that up, but it's not done yet).

d8c0b17d7d Bug 1043963 - Collapse test-only moz.build files under dom/ into ancestor moz.build files; r=ted 
There is very little benefit to having another layer of moz.build files, and
removing them will speed up the build a minimal amount. It also paves the way
for removing TEST_DIRS, which could simplify the build system somewhat.

db7aa8370b Bug 645416, part 5 - Add the Symbol constructor and Symbol wrapper objects. r=efaust. 
This exposes a new primitive type to scripts for the first time since
JavaScript first shipped in Netscape 2, over 13 years ago.

The tests focus on identity, equality, and being able to pass a symbol around
as a value. Of course the point of symbols is that they can be property keys,
but that will have to wait for a later patch in this series.

The static jsids in nsDOMClassInfo are newly unused, except for sEnumerate_id,
which was unused before.

This also removes the test_nondomexception.html test, which relied on an
obscure detail of the exception being thrown from document.all; I haven't
found another API which does something equally silly.
