27e809db53 Bug 1533428 - patch 5 - Move the helper functions that measure the 'distance' between values of font properties (weight, stretch, style) to gfxFontUtils.h. r=jwatt

3d5a31b8f3 Bug 1216644 - part 2 - make gfxFontEntry::mUVSData a UniquePtr; r=jrmuizel 
This patch could have been in the last patch, but it felt like modifying
ReadCMAPTableFormat14 to accept a UniquePtr<> made the code clearer.
This change was therefore separated into its own patch for easier
review.

87b80f8c66 Bug 1188745 - Rename nsTArray::SizeOfExcludingThis() as ShallowSizeOfExcludingThis(). r=froydnj. 
This makes it clearer that, unlike how SizeOf*() functions usually work, this
doesn't measure any children hanging off the array.

And do likewise for nsTObserverArray.
