48a892ea8e Bug 888510 - In-content theming fixup for the new plugin click-to-activate. Remove the "lightweight" transparent click-to-play theming and make the normal styling plain grey. Switch from a CSS gradient to an image gradient because of performance issues. Highlight the "check for updates" button for outdated plugins. Icons by shorlander and lco, ui-review=lco r=jaws

c5d1e4d1ad Bug 888292 - De-emphasize the plugin icon in the address bar when it doesn't need to catch the user's attention. With this change, the only time the icon will be "alert blue" is when a plugin is click-to-activate and it's too small to show the overlay inline in the page. 4ea4704e26 Bug 862117 - Move CSS rule classes relevant to image documents for cursor appearance (zoom in / zoom out) into layout/style/ImageDocument.css. r=roc, r=jaws 
This stylesheet applies to all ImageDocuments, including those in frames. In old location for CSS rules, some full themes would not show cursors correctly, nor would ImageDocuments in frames. Image rotation CSS rule classes moved to layout/style/TopLevelImageDocument.css.

37adbffecd Bug 843829 - Convert XUL mochitest to a chrome test. r=me 
This is testing a XUL element that could never exist in content, and so its
XBL implementation isn't set up to deal with the bound element potentially
being in a less-privileged scope. This means that the call to
appendNotification here ends up passing in an unprivileged object as the
|aButtons| argument (see notification.xml), which we now wrap with an opaque
wrapper.

The whole situation here is totally artification and an artifact of our
automation infrastructure. Now that we have mochitest-chrome, this should
certainly be switched.
