Fix for bug 115698 -- crashes when sounds are playing and a window is closed. Create QuickTime movies using a permanent, singleton GWorld port, rather than using the current port, to ensure that they always have a valid port. regxpcom fails due to app_server interaction
regxpcom and the other utility functions to not create a BApplication. The beos widget component was creating some static BCursors that were invoked when trying to be loaded by regxpcom, which caused it to fail. The cursors are now created dynamically.
