Bunch of whackage. Changed C++ style casts to a macro. Changed NULL to nsnull. Changed the nsRDFDocument to its own class, independent of raptor (black box re-uses raptor parts).

Removing static makefiles as a part of the transition to Autoconf. I have taken great

care to only remove makefiles affailiated with building nglayout. I have also verified that
the build at this point in time succesfully builds with autoconf.
If you must recover one of these makefiles, you can use the static tag STATIC_MAKEFILES.
