9a8a73ee06 Bug 579516: Patch contains a number of fixes to nsPluginStreamListenerPeer memory management. Also moves storage of the stream array for cache lookups to the plugin instance rather than the instance tag. 0b6ea74a27 Bug 558390 - Quake Live crashes because it implements NP_Initialize using cdecl, instead of the correct stdcall. Force the calling function to use a frame pointer so that the stack pointer gets reset correctly before we return, r=jrmuizelaar, landing in mozilla-central for bake time pending review from josh or jst
