60bb642e47 Bug 1275528 part.1 Support a way to query content relative to insertion point r=smaug 
Native IME handler may want to query content relative to start of selection (or composition if there is it). Additionally, in e10s mode, insertion point in actual content may be different from the cache in parent.  Therefore, in some cases, it does make sense to query content with offset relative to start of selection or composition.

This patch implements it simply and only in non-e10s mode.

Additionally, this fixes a bug of nsQueryContentEventResult::GetOffset() which hasn't been accepted its calls even if the event message is valid (eQueryTextContent, eQueryTextRect and eQueryCaretRect).

ContentEventHandler will need to support query any types of selection.  Therefore, it cannot use nsCopySupport::GetSelectionForCopy().  Instead, a part of it should be implemented by nsIPresShell::GetSelectionControllerForFocusedContent() and it should be shared by nsCopySupport::GetSelectionForCopy() and ContentEventHandler.

This patch defines two constants kSelectionTypeCount and kPresentSelectionTypeCount.  The former is same as nsISelectionController::NUM_SELECTIONTYPES.  The latter is kSelectionTypeCount - 1 for excluding SELECTION_NONE.  The latter is useful in some loops which handle all selection types except SELECTION_NONE.

Note that this patch fixes a bug of nsFrameSelection.  That doesn't treat SELECTION_NONE as a selection (see the definition of index), however, it defines redundant item and doesn't use it actually.  Additionally, it computes invalid selection type in each loop.  Therefore, without this patch, debug build hits MOZ_ASSERT() in ToSelectionType(RawSelectionType).

Note that these constants are defined as anonymous enum because we cannot define as const (or static) even with extern.  If we'd try to do it, it caused link error or not available in nsFrameSelection.cpp as constant value since they were not initialized if they were initialized in nsSelection.cpp.  Therefore, these constants are defined as enum items but using "k" prefix.

00591135a4 Bug 1278014 part.2 Define mozilla::SelectionType as an enum class and use it instead of RawSelectionType as far as possible r=smaug 
This patch defines mozilla::SelectionType as an enum class.  This is safer than nsISelectionController::SELECTION_* since setting illegal value to its variable is checked at build time.  So, as far as possible, this should be used everywhere (but of course, this isn't available in scriptable interfaces).

And also this implements some useful methods for managing SelectionType and RawSelectionType which are implemented in layout/nsSelection.cpp because nsISelectionController is implemented by both PresShell and nsTextEditorState.  Therefore, implementing one of them may make hard to find them.  On the other hand, nsSelection.cpp is a better file name to look for them.

Note that this patch creates mozilla::Selection::RawType() for binding.  Native code should keep using Selection::Type() but the binding code needs to use RawType() due to impossible to convert from SelectionType to RawSelectionType without explicit cast.

We can pass the atom reference we have into the filter list, there's no
need for the filter list to retain a separate reference of the atom.

For making our code clearer by the stronger type check, we should change the anonymous enum for NS_TEXTRANGE_* to enum class whose name is "TextRangeType" and whose type is "RawTextRangeType" which is an alias of uint8_t.

Additionally, this also adds some utility methods for them.

Note that some lines which are changed by this patch become over 80 characters but it will be fixed by the following patches.

fdd63bef5d Bug 1275707, part 2 - Remove numbers from the message manager message names. r=billm 
There are a huge number of different message manager messages with
names of the form "ublock0:sb:{N}", where {N} is some number from 1 to
over 1000. Having so many different keys seems to cause problems for
telemetry and makes it harder to tell how many messages of each type
there really are, so this patch combines them by eliminating any
digits. It will also help for the webdev tools that use channels with
names like "debug:server1.conn5.child1:packet". This will create some
ambiguity (eg there are some messages of the form "ublock:sb:{N}"),
but that should be a minor issue.

99143b5309 Bug 1266799 - Increase DOM fullscreen timeout length to 1000ms. r=xidorn 
According to the Telemetry probes added in Bug 1271160, 1000ms should
account for ~94% of fullscreen transitions. The remaining ~6% tail is where
users might see the transition end and then content re-organize itself.

I think this is a big improvement over the original 500ms, which covers only
about ~80% of cases, according to Telemetry.

Note that the change in the condition is ok because we have the invariant that
aCalledNoScript != bool(aJSCallerContext), though we never actually clearly
assert that in this method (we instead assert that at least one has to be false,
but it turns out they can't _both_ be false either.

This prevents us from pushing stuff on the JSContext stack unnecessarily when
we're just cloning, not adopting.  It's OK that we're doing it in a narrow scope
that doesn't include our recursion into children, because in practice when
aReparentScope is non-null we came from nsIDocument::AdoptNode which already
does AutoJSContext.  So we're not going to continuously push/pop the JSContext
stack in that situation, since something already got pushed on it.

b3ee63f6aa Bug 1271669 - Deprecate RTCPeerConnection.getLocalStreams/getRemoteStreams. r=jib, r=smaug 
getLocalStreams and getRemoteStreams have been removed from the spec.

Also, getLocalStreams becomes a problem now that addTrack takes any MediaStream
as the container for the added track.

The addTrack()'ed MediaStream (perhaps not containing the track sent over the
pc - perhaps containing other tracks not sent over the pc!) will be returned
from getLocalStreams.

To get selected word on contnet process, I create new contnet command to look up dictionary.  Then, call nsIWidget's method to show looking up dictionary.

ee97bc5aed Bug 1267989 part 3. Make suppressing event handling on a document also block script execution for that document. r=smaug 
Note that we do this here instead of when we suspend timeouts, because it makes
it simpler to handle situations in which a window's document changes while
things are suspended/blocked.

The nsDocumentViewer.cpp is not strictly needed, but avoids some extraneous
calls to SuppressEventHandling with a 0 suppression count.

Unlike the parser-blocking thing, we don't need to block parents or anything; all consumers of this API will be walking the frame tree anyway.
