This checkin makes it so that a warning message is displayed if the user tries to create a helper app for an internally handled type.

41260d0cae Fix bug 86640 -- change helper app dialog to properly remember the selected 
course of action, move the "neverAsk" information from prefs back to
mimeTypes.rdf, remove the "Reset" button from helper app prefs, set up a way to
select "use default OS helper" for a given type.  Patch by Bill Law
