892efccd4f If XP_MAC and NECKO are defined, we include nsJSProtocolHandler.cpp instead of using the rest of this file. This is to work around the fact we can't conditionally link against files without creating addition targets in the project. f41e67c622 Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables. 
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.
