Removed references to the old session history code. Replace setNetworkActive and setWindowActive by just passing up the status in the new onStatusChange method. onLocationChange now fires at the right time. BrowserInstance now implements nsIWebProgressListener. The class is now completely named nsBrowserInstance with out that ugly #define to convert nsBrowserAppCore. Reorganized much of the file to be in the order it is in it's declaration.

Changed the concept of the transaction parent/ child to be previous and next. This flows better with actual relationship they hold in session history terms. The prev and next are also now not just readonly to allow properly setting up the list while avoiding nasty casts to implementation objects. Removed a bunch of dead code. Changed the module object to use generic factories and removed the hand created NS_New* functions. Changed over to interface maps in some places. The nsSHEntry obect no longer has the concept of children. There is no need since frame state will be stored in the layout history state object. This means nsSHEntry no longer implements the nsISHContainer interface.

Make the console service threadsafe. Lock when logging messages, copying out the message array, registering and unregistering listeners, etc. Also proxy each registered listener to ensure that it is called only on the thread that registers it; hopefully this will make it safe to use javascript-implemented listeners even when error messages are logged on other threads.

Also log some partial work towards making nsIConsoleMessage interfaces factory-instantiable.

Added os2 specific arguments to configure.
Added os2 target arch section to configure.
Modified a handful of Makefile.ins to use MOZ_JS_LIBS, MOZ_COMPONENT_LIBS, & EXTRA_DSO_LIBS where necessary.

Changed the nsIXULBrowserWindow to distinguish between JS status and it's own status. Fixed bugs where pages that set the window.status wouldn't actually end up showing up correctly. Now status has a priority scheme where different status versus links etc take priority. Use the new interfaces on nsPIDOMWindow to get to the properties hanging off the js window object instead of the old separate list.

Now when we want to tell the XUL Window of changes in progress, or status or overlink we use the new nsIDOMWindow::GetXPConnectObject functionality. This replaces our need for the broadcaster observer stuff along with the expensive setAttribute calls.
