118647 - Memory leak of 52 bytes from 1 block allocated in nsOutlinerBodyFrame::CheckVerticalOverflow
118660 - left arrow no longer moves to parent category
119751 - Branches are open by default and then closed after launch.

- outermost <outlinerchildren> has "-moz-box-flex: 1" by default
  and it actaully replaced <outlinerbody>
- all event handlers moved on <outliner>
- content builder, outliner builder and content view use <outliner> as root
  element
- nsIBoxObject has a new attribute "element"
- all CSS rules outlinerbody:foo replaced with outlinerchildren:foo
- drop feedback is now skinable

1205923e1b Fixing bug 103689. Make sure that the right set of addresses are pre-populated in the compose window based on the items selected in the AdderssBook window. 39a8a0e9ca fix for #119932. delete addressbook is failing. while I'm here, 
remove unnecessary dependency on the DOM.  the addressbook
backend doesn't need to be dependent on nsIDOMXULElement and

02da144315 fix for crasher bug #117478. I goofed when converting from strcmp to Equals().

7b10439c40 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. 849d297364 nsIComponentManager API Changes (bug 98553) 
a) create a new nsIComponentManager with only four functions on it:
CreateInstance CreateInstanceByContractID GetClassInfo GetClassInfoByContractID.

b) rename the old nsIComponentManager to nsIComponentManagerObsolete.

c) fixes callers which use to access the nsIComponentManager for component
registration functionality.  These callers will temporary use the
nsIComponentManagerObsolete interface.

d) Create a new API NS_GetComponentManager() which mirrors the
NS_GetServiceManager()

e) Perserves the old NS_GetGlobalComponentManager().  Note the cast usage.
