adf7436ccc Bug 1235089 - Split out OCSP Must Staple tests from test_ocsp_stapling.js to avoid intermittent time outs. r=keeler 
test_ocsp_stapling.js can take ~290s to run on e.g. b2g-emu-x86-kk, which is very close to the default 300s limit.
Splitting out some tests should reduce the intermittent time outs.

efa26893a5 Bug 1242074 - Avoid going back and forth between FasterMake and RecursiveMake; r=gps 
FasterMake needs some RecursiveMake install manifests to have been
processed before doing its work, so we can actually end up processing
them twice because of the going back and forth from FasterMake in the
hybrid build system.

Set the dependency at the RecursiveMake level when doing an hybrid
build.

e30bf4512a Bug 1242074 - Fix top-level install-dist_% rules; r=gps 
For some reason, recent changes with the install-dist/% rules broke the
dummy wrapper used by `mach build faster`, leading to `Nothing to be done
for install-dist_idl.`, subsequently failing to build xpt files because
of the missing idls in dist/idl.

b9191564fc Bug 1242074 - Reorder pattern rules to placate GNU Make 3.81; r=glandium 
Recent changes in bug 1239217 added the faster backend to the default
build mechanism for artifact builds. This seems to have uncovered a
difference in behavior between GNU Make 3.81 and newer. Starting with
GNU Make 3.82, pattern rules are selected according to shortest stem.
Before, they are used in definition order.

So, we change the order of the pattern rules so the longest prefixes are
first. This should result in the same behavior on various GNU Make
implementations.

c4e6734d69 Bug 1238780 - Follow-up: use pngquant and pngcrush to reduce file sizes. rs=rnewman 
pngquant was used on all files apart from firstrun_signin.png. That
file was minimized with pngcrush to avoid banding.

5a5448da6d Bug 1182206 - Remove SYNC_EXTRAS_MANUAL entirely. r=nalexander 
This patch removes the bespoke SyncHints type in favour of using
Android's own flags to ignore backoff and request an expedited sync.
It also unifies a simpler request{Immediate,Eventual}Sync API for
sync-requesting consumers.

7d88e0623c Bug 1240344 - Fix filter propname used when creating toolbar. r=fitzgen 
This commit fixes the prop name used when creating the Toolbar component
from app.js : Toolbar expects fitlerString, app was providing filter.

Extended browser_memory_filter_01.js to check the filter value is preserved
after switching views.
