21dccaeace Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 96c0e36f4e Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. 2751c6b097 fix for bug 206379: 
- combine nsICharsetConverterManager2 and nsICharsetConverterManager
- get rid of nsIAtom in most of the methods
- provide versions of getUnicodeDecoder/Encoder which don't do alias resolution
- change all charset types to ASCII strings
- clean up some other i18n APIs which could be simplified
- fix all consumers of all changed i18n interfaces

833e59e007 Refactor version compatibility and package existence check into separate function (VerifyCompatibleProvider). b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed. 0d2808c511 Create a new xpcom obsolete library (and component library). 
Moved nsFileSpec and related classes into this obsolete library.
  Moved nsRegistry and related libreg functionality into the obsolete library.

Updated many callers using the obsolete nsFile spec to use nsIFile and Necko to do file IO.

Combined the following DLLs (source -> dest)
  uriloader -> docshell
  shistory -> docshell
  jsurl -> jsdom
  gkview -> gklayout

Moved nsAdapterEnumerator out of xpcom/ds and into mailnews, since they're the only consumer

Modifed the xpt_link tool so that you can specify a �only include� cid list that can mask CID�s that you are not interested in.

Added build options:
Prevent the building of xpinstall (--disable-xpinstall)
Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService
