This changed the look for titledbutton, tab, input, checkbox, radio button, and select widgets. Partial fix for 22558 wired up platform specific Delete key to the Delete menu item. Fix for 20120 Delete button and menu now disabled on folder pane of mail window. Added these bindings to navigator, mail, address book and mail compose. Unable to find Editor's usage of standard Edit menu overlays, so Editor not changed. r=saari. tbogard%aol.net	840c8350e1	GlobalWindow now calls up nsIDocShellTreeOwner rather than nsIBrowserWindow. GlobalWindow has mostly been re-organized as well as cleaned up to provide this new functionality. DocShellTreeOwners got implementations filled in and many bugs fixed. nsIScriptGlobalObject now talks in terms of docShells instead of webShells. Fixed a number of cases where people were walking through content viewers etc to get to a presShell and changed them to simply ask for the presShell from the docShell.
