9c62ea448e Bug 508605 - NetUtil.asyncCopy does not handle nsISafeOutputStreams correctly 
This moves nsISafeOutputStream.idl into xpcom/io and makes nsAStreamCopier
handle nsISafeOutputStream correctly (calling finish instead of close).

184866a5ae Disable debug logging in httpd.js now that the previous change appears acceptable to tinderboxen. 6749e64aee Add a way to extract the charset and the position of the charset parameter from a content-type header. Use this in XMLHttpRequest to not clobber the non-charset parameters and not clobber the charset if it's already what we'll set, up to case.
