5064845788 Bug 1355252 - Don't assume default codecs for MP4 and WebM in EME MediaCapabilities r=jwwang 
Step 10 of EME's "Get Supported Capabilities for Audio/Video Type" algorithm
says we can assume default codecs only if a container normatively implies a
specific set of codec and codec constraints. Our code assumes that WebM implies
Vorbis/VP8 and MP4 implies AAC/H.264, but those aren't actually normatively
required by either of these containers' specifications. So we shouldn't assume
these containers imply those codecs.

I want to add more tests, based on tabId.
Adding more positional arguments makes the code less readable,
so I moved the check for windowId to a separate method.

c8f2a10f2c Bug 1364488 - Recover from a Talos regression due to recent changes to the Star button. r=standard8 
The main reason for these changes is to avoid initializing the bookmarks service too early,
plus a lot of micro-optimizations to reduce the code-bloat compared to the previous bogus

661ee07d3c Bug 1317856 - Make the Flash plugin Click-to-Activate by default on Nightly. r=bsmedberg 
This also activates the Favor fallback mode to give preference for HTML <video> content over Flash objects, and to not load Flash when the page has not speficied a src url (as the data attribute).
