026d86845c Bug 1198291 - Remove exposure of the NSAccessibilityDescription attribute to guarantee we always expose AccName and AccDescription correctly, r=davidb, r=surkov 
The NSAccessibilityHelpAttribute is being repurposed here, too, to expose the information other platforms call the Accessible Description rather than the Accessible Help tag, which traditionally referred to a connection to a Windows help file in old MSAA.

interfaces is supposed to be a bit mask indexed by MAI_INTERFACE_X, so when
adding interfaces MAI_INTERFACE_X should be used as an index of the bit to set,
       not the mask to add.

Soon we will need to be able to update the text change event data from both

0768a2bb4c bug 1192353 - make HyperTextProxyAccessibleWrap inherit from 
HyperTextAccessibleWrap r=davidb

This is rather unfortunate, AccessibleWrap itself wastes a fair amount of space
when it just stores a pointer to a proxy, and this makes it waste even more.
However this is rather necessary for now because we need to be able to downcast
classes such as ia2AccessibleText to one type that works both when the
accessible is pointing to a proxy and when it is not.  That means
HyperTextAccessibleWrap and HyperTextProxyAccessibleWrap need to have the same
layout.

88fa41bffd bug 1189277 - only coalesce reorder events when a previous one for the same target is obsolete r=surkov 
Having one reorder event that superseeds another does not mean that the
dependant mutation events for the first reorder are obsolete.  So we if we
coalesce a reorder event away we should leave its subordinate mutation events
alone.

608e254ed2 bug 1187055 - check the proxy being destroyed has a wrapper before cleaning it up r=davidb 
All proxies should have wrappers on windows.  So it doesn't make much sense
that we need a null check here, however it seems to happen in the wild that
proxy->GetWrapper() returns null.

This causes e10s to behave differently from non e10s, because in e10s we don't
forward the creation of the document to the parent process.  However this only
seems to happen in strange edge cases.

6b4b770150 bug 1172525 - rework forwarding events to the parent process r=davidb, lsocks 
The set of events fired to platform accessibility is not the same as the set in
the event queue.  Therefore we should forward events to the parent process
someplace where they are the same so the same events can be emitted for child
processes.

65b918141a bug 1170153 - check documents have a docshell before trying to tell the parent process about new remote DocAccessibles r=davidb 
We should never create DocAccessibles for documents that are going away so it
seems like this shouldn't be necessary, but without a test case its hard to
know why we are creating DocAccessibles for documents without docshells.  So
for now work around the issue and hope it doesn't matter in practice.

7a110f6e4e bug 1171728 - null check the result of ProxyAccessible::OuterDocOfRemoteBrowser

This probably isn't the right fix, or at least the root cause of
ProxyAccessible::OuterDocOfRemoteBrowser returning null needs to be understood
better, but I don't have time to do that now, so I'm just checking for null and
asserting as a reminder to investigate this later.

0fb2b11d5c bug 1172525 - rework forwarding events to the parent process r=davidb, lsocks 
The set of events fired to platform accessibility is not the same as the set in
the event queue.  Therefore we should forward events to the parent process
someplace where they are the same so the same events can be emitted for child
processes.

b34649577e bug 1107337 - Add OuterDocAccessible::RemoteChildDoc() r=lsocks, davidb 
OuterDocAccessibles can be the container for a remote top level document.  We
  sometimes need to get the child for these OuterDocAccessible's which means
  the child is a proxy while the original object was an actual Accessible.
  This means we need to add a different function instead of making ChildAt() do
  the right thing.

041d344f10 bug 1170595 - switch to sending __delete__ from the parent instead of the child r=davidb, smaug 
After the child sends the __delete__ message to the parent there is a period of
time in which the actor is registered, but the parent hasn't yet processed the
__delete__ message.  During that time the parent can still try and send
messages to the child, but that will crash the child process.  Fix this race by
making the child send a shutdown message to the parent, and have the parent
send __delete__ when it handles that message.

eb96f68758 bug 1163070 - fix AtkHyperlinkImpl::getHyperlink after bug 1146518 r=surkov 
bug 1146518 made getHyperlink() return null if either there was no proxy, or
there was no Accessible, which would always be true.  It should have tested
that neither was present.

This is expected to happen when a accessible in the child process is shutdown,
     but the parent calls a method with its ID before learning it has been shut
     down.

f68c2c3fe4 bug 1162543 - make DocAccessibleChild::IDToAccessible correctly get the document r=davidb 
DocAccessible::mAccessibleCache doesn't contain an entry for the document
itself so we need to handle it separately.  The document always has ID 0, so we
can just check if that is the ID we are getting and if so just return the
document.

94d779ea4d bug 1023509 - only initialize platform accessibility in the main process r=davidb 
Since platform accessibility software only interacts with the main
process there's no reason to do platform specific things in the content
processes.  Eventually we should also be able to only create generic
accessibles that don't use the platform wrapper classes, but that will
take more work so we'll keep creating them in the content processes for
now.
