840c8350e1 GlobalWindow now calls up nsIDocShellTreeOwner rather than nsIBrowserWindow. GlobalWindow has mostly been re-organized as well as cleaned up to provide this new functionality. DocShellTreeOwners got implementations filled in and many bugs fixed. nsIScriptGlobalObject now talks in terms of docShells instead of webShells. Fixed a number of cases where people were walking through content viewers etc to get to a presShell and changed them to simply ask for the presShell from the docShell. f41e67c622 Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables. 
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.

aea6df3ac4 Improved namespace handling for output of RDF/XML streams. Modified basic data source interface to include GetAllResources(), which enumerates all of the resources in the datasource.
