3df19bc1d4 Bug 1623222 - Remove the charset parameter from nsITextToSubURI::UnEscapeURIForUI. r=hsivonen 
Only 3 callers are using a non-UTF-8 charset as the first parameter.
* MediaDocument.cpp: This does not make sense because the "filename" part of
  URLs will always be encoded with UTF-8.
* nsContextMenu.js: This is wrong because "mailto:" URLs don't care about the
  document charset.
* Finder.jsm: This caused bug 1623222.

e137e48a88 Bug 1560038 - Use i64 for storing epoch instead of usize. r=emilio 
epoch is stored as double in ICU. Storing it as usize caused overflow on 32-bit Windows 7
which resulted in dates being formatted to epoch=0.
This patch switches to use f64 on the Rust side.

9350e6b741 Bug 1613985 - Use MOZ_COUNTED_DEFAULT_CTOR_*/MOZ_COUNTED_DTOR_* macros. r=froydnj 
This removes the need for explicit #ifdef NS_BUILD_REFCNT_LOGGING without
introducing user-defined destructors when it is not defined.

Also, some uses of virtual for declaring destructors are replaced by the
appropriate override declaration through these changes.

59b23375c0 Bug 1613985 - Use MOZ_COUNTED_DEFAULT_CTOR_*/MOZ_COUNTED_DTOR_* macros. r=froydnj 
This removes the need for explicit #ifdef NS_BUILD_REFCNT_LOGGING without
introducing user-defined destructors when it is not defined.

Also, some uses of virtual for declaring destructors are replaced by the
appropriate override declaration through these changes.

676b1a533d Bug 1614868 - Ignore combining diacritic characters in history search. r=jfkthame,mak 
IsCombiningDiacritic(-1) returns false, so there is no need to specially
handle -1 in GetLowerUTF8Codepoint_inline.

It is no longer necessary for GetNaked to check whether a character is a
combining character because all callers now skip combining diacritics
and GetNaked already makes sure that decomposition removes a diacritic
and not something else.

This changeset is a simple find and replace of `MOZ_FALLTHROUGH` and `[[fallthrough]]`.

Unfortunately, the MOZ_FALLTHROUGH_ASSERT macro (to assert on case fallthrough in debug builds) is still necessary after switching from [[clang::fallthrough]] to [[fallthrough]] because:

* MOZ_ASSERT(false) followed by [[fallthrough]] triggers a -Wunreachable-code warning in DEBUG builds
* but MOZ_ASSERT(false) without [[fallthrough]] triggers a -Wimplicit-fallthrough warning in NDEBUG builds.

c906073cd5 Bug 1585119 - Re-enable many mochitests on android; r=geckoview-reviewers,snorp 
Most of these tests have been disabled for a long time; they run well
in the current test environment.
With the additional tests running, task times increase; I have added one
more test chunk for android mochitest-plain.
These tests were identified from a random sampling of mochitest manifests;
I intend to enable more mochitests in future patches.

c46ec74815 Bug 1580356 - Remove Fennec (Firefox for Android). r=snorp,mshal 
This does many things:

1) stops producing (and consuming) `FennecJNI*` JNI wrappers
2) removes the :app and :thirdparty Gradle projects
3) removes relevant pieces of the Gradle target configuration
4) updates lints
5) purges old configurations

After this commit, the `mobile/android` project/application builds
only GeckoView.

Also remove most C++-side optimizations for avoiding calls to Rust
for short strings now that we have LTO between C++ and Rust. Since
LTO still leaves the overhead of one function call layer, inlined
function call avoidance optimization is left in place in the
IsUTF8 and in the 8-bit IsASCII cases for which perfherder flags
the difference as significant for the length 15.

18fae65f38 Bug 1563139 - Remove StaticPrefs.h. r=glandium 
This requires replacing inclusions of it with inclusions of more specific prefs
files.

The exception is that StaticPrefsAll.h, which is equivalent to StaticPrefs.h,
and is used in `Codegen.py` because doing something smarter is tricky and
suitable for a follow-up. As a result, any change to StaticPrefList.yaml will
still trigger recompilation of all the generated DOM bindings files, but that's
still a big improvement over trigger recompilation of every file that uses
static prefs.

Most of the changes in this commit are very boring. The only changes that are
not boring are modules/libpref/*, Codegen.py, and ServoBindings.toml.

c5d721dff7 Bug 1550532 - Avoid auto-hyphenating capitalized words, except for German. r=emilio,mats 
This affects a number of our existing reftests, so we'll need to update those
to not expect auto-hyphenation of a sentence-initial (capitalized) word.

(Hyphenation behavior is not sufficiently well-specified for this to be tested
at the WPT level, so we just use Gecko-specific reftests.)
