01583602a9 Bug 1207245 - part 6 - rename nsRefPtr<T> to RefPtr<T>; r=ehsan; a=Tomcat 
The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout.  The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

CLOSED TREE makes big refactorings like this a piece of cake.

c611ebcd81 Bug 568691 part A - register static and binary components using data tables rather than programmatic nsIComponentRegistrar methods. This part contains the important needs-review bits of the change: part B contains the mechanical changes to each module in order to actually get a working build. 2b01440bc0 Factored string bundles out of necko. Fixes bug 42107 - need to fix string bundle init workaround. Also bug 40506 - nsIWebProgressListener needs status text. Status messages now work in mozilla and viewer with internationalized and parameterized text! Added temporary error architecture until bug 13423 can be fixed.
