614a9a491c 33710 "background-color: inherit doesn't work correctly". Split the NS_STYLE_BG_PROPOGATED flag into 2 flags: NS_STYLE_BG_PROPAGATED_TO_PARENT and NS_STYLE_BG_PROPAGATED_FROM_CHILD.
